Enough Sleep after Workout

Sleep at least eight hours a day when you are following an intense training workout. Enough sleep will help you recover from the demands of your fitness program. Without enough rest, fatigue will affect your form during your exercises. Improper form will lead to more risk of having injuries while doing your workout.
